About
THinker. Leader. Connector. Strategist.
Personal: Joe lives in Holland, MI with his wife Tiffany and their two children. He is convinced that Michigan is Awesome and that in his lifetime the Detroit Lions will win the Super Bowl. In his free time, he enjoys reading and being active outside with his kids. The ideal day for Joe begins before sunrise with a good book and strong coffee, followed by a trip to the beach with a surfboard (yes--you can surf on the Great Lakes). In his mind, life doesn’t get much better than ending the day sharing a meal with his family, friends, and a good brew.
Credentials: Bachelor of Arts - Calvin College, Master of Divinity - Western Theological Seminary, Certified International Coaching Certification (ACC), Co-Active Institute Trained Coach, McKinnon Leadership Group Coach, Certified Leadership Circle Profile Facilitator, Change Style Indicator Certified (CSI), and DISC.
Career: Joe began his leadership career with Young Life and has spent time serving a variety of non-profit organizations. He taught as an adjunct professor with Hope College’s Center for Leadership and Western Theological Seminary. Along with coaching and consulting, Joe currently serves as the Director of Training and Culture with American House Senior Living.
